Job description
What will you do for us?
Manage the integration of the marketing plan with the country / regional plan and the respective bottles. Also integrates the plan with the Franchise team and the local commercial strategy with the bottler (goals, investments, performance and success metrics, work calendars such as innovation projects and Integrated Marketing campaigns).
Contribute to regional brand plans (events, calendars, implementation of allocated direct marketing spend) and local innovation opportunities
Collaborate in the development of market-level innovation projects and provide market access for Integrated Marketing campaigns led by the Operations department (as applicable)
Oversee real-time localization and amplification of Integrated Marketing campaigns in the country/region by contributing to the relevant Integrated Marketing team.
Manage brand activation, including consumer promotions, experiential marketing and events (using mkt assets) together with bottles
Country / regional marketing preparation and participation in key business system review meetings. Support the coordination of franchise operations in conjunction with the franchise manager
Work closely with Platform Services to ensure timely management of acquisition and compliance processes related to brand activation
Local marketing is the main marketing representative of the respective country/region with overall responsibility for coordinating and implementing the marketing plan. Work closely with franchise, bottling and collaboration teams across functions to deliver volume, share and revenue driven plans

Skills and requirements
Significant marketing and leadership experience (7-9 years).
Direct experience with marketing activation
Business and Commercial.
Experience working in functional and geographic teams is preferred
Ability to contribute at country/regional level regarding marketing strategies and plans (e.g. consumer/shopper insights);
Develop relationships with key bottlers and ensure alignment with purchasing on the mkt agenda
Ability to coordinate full local activation details (schedule, resources, metrics) with Bottler
Ability to identify the need for campaign localization or customization as needed
Provide access to media buys (in collaboration with Marketing Buys) as needed
