Responsibility

We are looking for valuable employees who will support the way of Medicine, which includes putting patients first, improving the quality of life in the communities where you live and work, fostering new ideas and continuing to learn. Do a good job by providing quality care and doing the right thing.

As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will work with highly qualified physicians and some of the best critical care nurses in the country. You will work under the general supervision of a registered nurse and perform daily duties in patient care, bedside nursing and nursing documentation.

Performs patient care services such as bathing, oral hygiene, oral nutrition, and hair care.
Respond to patient symptoms and perform timely services that improve the patient’s physical health.
Participate in hourly contests.
Transport patients to and from various treatment centers as needed; assist transporters in removing patients from stretchers and wheelchairs.
Maintain cleanliness of various furniture and equipment, such as beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
Keeping the patient’s room clean and tidy, including making the bed.
Maintain equipment and fixtures as specified.

They will be deaf

You will demonstrate an understanding of patient needs and ensure that each patient is informed, understood and heard. You inspire excellence in caring and are creative problem solvers who thrive in a dynamic environment.

High School Diploma / Equivalent or relevant work experience (3+ years)
BLS required within 90 days of hire.
Nursing assistants require hospital experience, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a field such as physician assistant or active registered nurse.

Minimum requirements:

Registered nurses may be considered nursing assistants if approved by state practice law.
