In this context, we are looking for a skilled and motivated professional for the position of Shutdown Manager H/F to join our team in Nigeria.

Working at SPIE, you will be part of a maintenance team providing highly specialized services to major oil and gas companies: Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation or Automation, Turbines and Pumps.

Coordinate all Shutdown preparations according to the agreed schedule
buy materials,
resource mobilization,
song fee,
Updated plans,
Regular communication with the site through the construction / maintenance department and regular meetings;
Secure relevant certificates/licenses from relevant authorities
Estimated duration and estimated costs
Oversee and coordinate initial audits and change leader appointments.
Conduct basic preparatory activities by:
Coordinate all preparations related to closing operations with MTM / INSP / ECP / Site and FM
Determine the extent of business closure for closure and various stakeholders (production, research, maintenance, etc.):
Job listing
Planning and POB
Effects on production and combustion,
budget spending,
Identify the main source / requirements;
plans
Call and lead meetings, request evaluation sessions, invite different scheduling options, and more.
Conduct reporting activities through:

Do this until it’s done, including reporting Off
Coordination of review meetings and reports on progress, cost estimates, HSE impact, production impact, feasibility, planning, compliance with plant design specifications
Create a synthesis in the change project for management review
Make sure that the technical documentation is updated after the changes have been completed
Ensure that approved change procedures are strictly followed
Support technical preparation (technical partners) and material preparation (logistics – infrastructure) for all aspects of Off with the help of designated correspondents in the team and branch organization.
Conduct surveillance by:
Train local engineers as needed
Master and Train Developers large and small
Managing large and small developer businesses
Profile:
Ordinary Engineer (A-level + 5 years of study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND / HNC (A-level + 3 years of study) or BTS / DUT or equivalent,
10 years of construction experience in oil and gas facilities;
Knowledge in Primavera
Basic knowledge of oil and gas processing processes, installations, and equipment used in oil and gas refining facilities.
Ability to advise and motivate multinational teams;
Ability to take pride in work and maintain good relationships with colleagues and others;
Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the site climate;
Working language: English, French.
Previous successful experience in Full Field Shutdown FPSO Management
Must be competent and independent in their field, demonstrate common sense and organizational skills.
