We are looking for an experienced professional with quality assurance experience to join our team as a QA Analyst II. You will work with our R&D, concentrate manufacturing and commercial teams to ensure that all formulations are optimized to add value to the entire supply chain from the early stages of product development.

What will you do for us?

Design and conduct independent, compliant and systematic audits of our bottling operations to verify compliance with health and safety, environmental sustainability requirements. Conduct a rigorous review of environmental, occupational health and safety performance indicators for information that improves business risk assessment to improve overall audit performance. Use analytical skills and techniques to quickly identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance.
Facilitates the development and reporting of organizational metrics that lead to improved organizational / system performance. Ensure that all relevant information is captured accurately and entered into the company’s online reporting and data warehouse systems in a timely manner. Regularly interact and communicate with the bottler and senior management of the company regarding business risk reporting
Evaluates and provides feedback on the quality of corrective action plans to ensure effective completion and mitigation of all risks and to identify manufacturing, procurement and regulatory issues.
Continually seek insight and knowledge about industry trends and technologies that will improve the organization’s offerings and performance. Use subject matter skills to participate in the review, development, and improvement of company standards, policies, and procedures
Develop business relationships and influence leadership and operations to support current and future program implementation, communication and implementation as well as technical expertise for regulatory compliance.
It works with R&D to reduce time to market, increase productivity and flexibility, reduce complexity, reduce logistics costs, reuse ideas and leverage intellectual property in systems, reduce computation, optimize products and packaging, and improve tool utilization. .
Working closely with R&D ensures supply and production efficiency from the prototype selection stage.
Actively work with R&D to rationalize formulation and hold regular meetings with R&D on prototypes to ensure knowledge sharing related to processes and capabilities and to identify and resolve issues that may arise with formulation.

Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or related field required, Master’s degree preferred
A minimum of 5 years experience in quality control or a similar technical field, including a minimum of 3 years working with manufacturing operations, with knowledge and application of concentrate and alcohol manufacturing processes is required.
Skilled candidates should have knowledge of the following systems: SAP, PICASSO, Openness
Must have the ability to apply technical knowledge and break down or transform complex technical information necessary for oral or written communication with highly technical audiences to non-technical company personnel.
Must have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate process improvement efforts, as well as analyze business processes and develop systemic solutions to improve current conditions.
Knowledge of formula control data, including value ranges and calculation origins and ability to identify deviations is required
Knowledge of operational procedures and requirements leading to safe product manufacturing (OSHA) as required, including performance and injury assessment lost time, lockout, tagging, and hearing protection. fall protection, working at heights, safe operation of forklifts and trucks, and restricted space access control
Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply these principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion is essential.
Experience in implementing and monitoring environmental and safety management systems such as ISO14000/18000 is required.
